Oraion School Management System: Learning Path & Documentation Guide

Welcome to Oraion! This guide provides a recommended path for learning how to effectively use the Oraion School Management System. Follow these sections in order to build a strong foundation, starting with the basics and progressing to more advanced features.

I. Getting Started (The First Steps)

  1. Registering Your School Account:
    • Step-by-step guide through the multi-page sign-up wizard.
    • Understanding the information required (School Info, Contact, Admin Account, Academic Settings).
    • Initial Login & Access Based on Registration Path:
    • Understanding automatic Free Trial Activation (if registered via a plan link).
    • Understanding Restricted Access and redirection to the Billing Page (if registered directly).
    • Navigating from the Billing Page prompt to the Pricing Page to activate the initial trial.
  2. Dashboard Overview:
    • Understanding the key metrics and sections visible upon login (Active Students, Staff, Revenue, etc.).
    • Basic navigation using the sidebar menu.
  3. Choosing and Subscribing to a Plan:
    • Accessing the Pricing Page.
    • Understanding Monthly vs. Yearly billing (and discounts).
    • Reviewing Plan Features and Limits (Basic, Standard, Premium).
    • The subscription process (Trial activation, Payment Form - Card vs. Bank Transfer).

II. Initial School Setup & Configuration (Foundation)

  1. Managing Academic Sessions & Terms:
    • Viewing the default session (e.g., 2024/2025) and its terms.
    • Understanding is_current status for sessions and terms.
